Last Episode of DJ Helen McQue’s “Sunday Sounds”

On the 7th December 2025, we were heartbroken to say farewell to one of our most popular DJs and friends, Helen McQue. Helen presented her very first “Sunday Sounds” show on the 4th June 2023. With a passion for music and a bubbly personality, she blossomed over the months and proved she was well worth the faith we had in her abilities. I, for one, was very upset to lose her and sincerely hope she can return to us one day and resume her shows. Hopefully, Helen will be making an occasional guest appearance at the station in the future, during our Birthday celebrations and the like, so keep a check on our Facebook Group for any updates. You will currently find her presenting a Saturday morning show on BCR radio.
