How would you like to join the presenting team here at Voyager Radio?

You may have listened to the station in the past and thought, “If I were doing the show, I would have played a different song.” Well, now is your chance!

Have you ever thought about sharing your music tastes with others?

Well, if you fancy a new hobby, why not consider presenting your own Radio Show? We can help you get started and provide you with as much training as required. Today, you are a listener, but tomorrow it could be you bringing music to the listeners.

Voyager Radio is always looking for new presenters to join the Team. You may have experience before or never have done it at all.

All we ask is that you have a Computer (Windows), a Mixer, a Microphone and obviously a varied music library and that you can commit a couple of hours a week to presenting your show Live.

A good, preferably Wired Internet connection is essential. Wireless will just cause you problems.

We let you do your show the way that you want to. In return, we have an amazing interactive chat room and all the training and support that you need. We DO NOT ACCEPT SYNDICATED SHOWS OR RECORDINGS, as we pride ourselves on listener interaction during live broadcasts.

If you are a fan of the music of the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s to the present day, Rock, Pop, Motown, Northern Soul, Disco, New Music, Jazz, plus many more Genres and beyond, we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have or can provide a demo of your work.

Important Note: Due to the ever-increasing cost of Licences, Servers, Website hosting, etc. all Presenters / DJs now contribute to the running costs of the station by way of a recurring monthly donation. A modest donation of £10.61 is suggested. The 61p is to cover PayPal’s fees and ensures we get a full £10 donation.

If you are unwilling to do this, your application will not be taken any further.
